Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons tapioca starch
- 1 tablespoon agar agar powder
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups water
Instructions:
Take the cashews out of the water and put them in a blender
For the blender, you will need to add water, agar agar powder, garlic powder, onion powder, apple cider vinegar, and nutritional yeast
Mix until it's smooth
Move the mixture to a saucepan
Cook over medium-low heat while stirring it all the time until it gets thick and stretchy
Place the dough into a mold or container that has been lined with parchment paper
Put it in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets
Take it out of the mold when it's set and use it however you like
You can slice it, grate it, or melt it
