Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
In a bowl, mix together chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter
Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch tart pan
Bake for 10 minutes
Let it cool completely
In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth
In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form
Gently fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture until well combined
Spread peanut butter mixture into the cooled tart crust
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth
Drizzle melted chocolate over the top of the tart
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving
Slice and serve chilled
