Vegan Raw Crunch Bars



These Vegan Raw Crunch Bars are packed with wholesome ingredients and are perfect for a quick snack or dessert. They're easy to make and require no baking!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions:

In a food processor, pulse dates until they form a paste-like consistency

Add almonds, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and sea salt to the food processor

Pulse until well combined and a dough forms

Line a square baking dish with parchment paper

Press the dough evenly into the dish

Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least an hour to set

Once set, remove from the refrigerator and cut into bars

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
