Dairy-Free Apple Pie Smoothie



Enjoy the tastes of a traditional apple pie without the dairy. This smoothie is a tasty and healthy way to satisfy your apple pie cravings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Mix everything together in a blender

Mix until it's creamy and smooth

You can make it colder by adding ice cubes and blending it again

Pour into a glass, and add a slice of apple or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top
